How to Add to the Waitlist

Families interested in adding their child to the EVCCA waitlist must complete the waitlist form below. Staff are no longer able to add families to the waitlist based on phone, email, or walk-in conversations. After submitting the form, families should keep a copy of the email with their form responses as proof of submission.

For any questions or to check your current waitlist status, please email waitlist@eaglevalleychildcare.org. To ensure our phone lines remain open for parent communications and emergencies, any phone call inquiries will be directed to this email address. Similarly, walk-ins to any EVCCA center will be asked to fill out the waitlist form online and be directed to email their inquiries to the address above.

When communicating with families about their waitlist placement, staff can no longer provide an exact number within each age group. Instead, staff will give families a general idea of their position on the overall waitlist. We believe this will ensure clarity and ease of understanding, particularly for families at a spot greater than #100, where the likelihood of near-term enrollment is significantly lower. This change is aimed at setting realistic expectations and reducing miscommunication.
